SMT£º SMT processing center has three production lines working for chip placement. There are 8 sets of automatic chip placement machines, separately bought from SIEMENC and FUJI. And 3 sets of reflow system, separately bought from BTU of America and Chaoyue of Taiwan. The capability of chip placement is up to 0.9 million dots every day. |

Throughput£ºTo adapt the demand from the market, we made a big reconstruction on the previous production method through fetching in JIT system, abnegating automatic pipelining lines, introducing into flexible multifunctional lines, and pushing units work into production lines. Our operators are given standard skill trainings before on the line.
